2. User Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Rainbow for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious software, interfere with service integrity, or attempt unauthorized access to other team accounts, server infrastructure, or databases.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Rainbow platform, including code, design assets, trademarks, and feature functionality, remain the exclusive property of Rainbow and its licensors. Your team retains full ownership of all project data, files, and user content uploaded to the service.

5. Subscriptions, Fees & Cancellations

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your organization settings page.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainbow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the platform.

Your privacy is paramount. This Privacy Policy outlines how Rainbow collects, uses, protects, and discloses information when you use our platform.

We collect personal information you provide directly (such as name, email address, password, profile photo, and mobile number), as well as workspace data (project details, tasks, commits, and comments) created while using the application.

We use your information to operate, maintain, and provide the features of Rainbow, communicate updates, enforce security authentication, optimize platform performance, and deliver user support.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell your personal data. We implement industry-standard encryption, SSL protocols, role-based access control, and secure database practices to safeguard your information from unauthorized access.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Rainbow uses session cookies and security tokens (`browser_refer`) strictly for essential authentication, session preservation, and security validation.

5. Your Rights & Data Retention

You have the right to access, export, update, or request deletion of your personal account data at any time through your account settings or by contacting your workspace administrator.
